Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

To request a return, please contact our customer support team via email with your order details.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by Amirist Urns. For all other return reasons, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit may be offered in certain cases.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Exchanges are permitted for items received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Exchange requests follow the same guidelines as returns and are subject to product availability.
Please report any damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photo or video evidence (including an unboxing video, if available) is required to process a replacement or refund.
Before Shipping Orders may be canceled before dispatch for a full refund. After Shipping Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
